Fees for notarization at jails, courts, prisons and detention centers are between $125 - $200 for the first hour (most jobs are completed within an hour) depending on the location. Any time over an hour is billed at $25 a 1/2 hour. The preceding fees include travel, time and the obtaining of signature on document. Payment is required prior to, or the day of the appointment.


Note - If the signing is cannot be completed due to lockdowns, medical appointments or other unforeseeable occurrences you will be billed for travel and wait time.
